I'm looking to help food service and delivery businesses find where they lose money, strengthen their conversion structure, and scale paid media with clear data, practical action plans, and measurable revenue outcomes.

At Norte Assessoria, I manage paid media for 30+ restaurant and delivery accounts on Meta Ads, overseeing R$ 199K in ad spend and generating R$ 877K in tracked revenue at a 4.4x average ROAS.

I build campaigns end to end—from audiences, creative and budgets to optimization and client-facing reporting—and diagnose the full conversion funnel from click to purchase. For one delivery client, I identified a low-competition category, structured paid traffic around winning influencer content, and helped drive an 85% revenue increase to the business's all-time record.

I also built a proprietary AI-assisted system with 15 daily automated routines to flag performance drops, analyze portfolio data, and produce reports owners can act on. I believe structure comes before ads: fix the menu, offer, channel, and tracking before scaling budget.
