What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a performance role where I can own paid acquisition end-to-end, build reliable first-party tracking and attribution, and automate reporting dashboards—so decisions are evidence-based and optimized for CPA/ROAS with continuous CRO.

I connect paid media and data so every campaign decision has evidence behind it, not instinct. I’ve spent 5+ years across B2B and B2C funnels, with hands-on ownership of acquisition performance, from strategy to execution to measurement.

In my current role as an on-site Performance Marketing Manager, I own R$300k+/month in paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads for multiple business units—driving full-funnel performance toward CPA and ROAS targets. I also engineered end-to-end tracking from scratch, including Meta CAPI via Cloudflare Worker, multi-container GTM, and event deduplication to protect attribution quality for algorithmic bidding.

I’ve replaced manual reporting with automated pipelines (Pipedrive → BigQuery → Looker Studio), and I use n8n to automate lead qualification and CRM routing—integrating WhatsApp and internal notifications into one acquisition workflow. I bring a performance mindset plus a data engineer’s discipline, building dashboards, conversion frameworks, and CRO practices that translate spend into revenue outcomes.
