What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead a revenue organization where I can own growth across acquisition, expansion, and retention; build accountable teams; and partner cross-functionally to create scalable, data-driven GTM systems.

I'm leading Sales, Customer Success, and SDR functions at Celerant Retail Commerce Software, where I've overseen $6M in closed revenue across new-logo acquisition and customer expansion.

I build practical revenue systems—from ACV-based compensation, CPQ guardrails, and outbound cadences to retention playbooks that improved GRR trends by 3–5 points. My work has increased SDR connect rates by 20–30%, reduced proposal turnaround by about 25%, and improved cross-functional handoffs from sale through implementation.

Previously, I grew funding to more than $20M at Spartan Capital, generated a $13M net-new pipeline at Symphony Talent, and led sales organizations of up to 65 people. I bring hands-on experience building teams, coaching consultative selling, launching products, and creating predictable growth across SaaS, financial services, retail, and consumer businesses.
