What I'm looking for

I am seeking frontline roles in patient support, recovery or digital engagement where I can use advocacy, care planning and outreach skills within collaborative, community-focused teams offering professional development.

I am a dedicated patient support and recovery professional with extensive frontline experience in substance misuse, mental health advocacy, and holistic patient care. I combine person-centred assessment, motivational interviewing and care planning to support individuals through treatment and beyond.

At Kidney Care UK I provide holistic support for kidney patients covering finances, housing and emotional wellbeing, and I maintain strong relationships with unit staff and local partner agencies while monitoring caseload and KPIs.

Previously I worked at Change Grow Live and Turning Point delivering digital engagement, outreach, risk assessment, group facilitation and multi-agency coordination across Gloucestershire, including training and community awareness activities.

I bring additional strengths in communications and digital engagement, underpinned by a Level 2 Digital Marketing qualification, podcast production experience, and a creative background in music and writing.
