What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote part-time or full-time roles, focused on Customer Support, and also open to a Virtual Assistant role. I want opportunities to work remotely.

I’m a Customer Service Representative with hybrid experience handling chat, email, and calls. In fast-paced environments, I resolve issues, manage customer expectations, and deliver positive experiences through clear, timely communication.

At TaskUs (March 2021 – August 2022), I handled customer inquiries via chat, email, and call, providing accurate responses and maintaining high customer satisfaction. I resolved complaints, assisted customers with account concerns, orders, and general inquiries, and followed company processes with proper documentation of cases.

Before and alongside this, my high-discipline seafaring roles strengthened my reliability under pressure. As a 3rd Officer and Able-Bodied Seaman (2023–2025), I collaborated with multinational teams, managed time-sensitive tasks, and upheld compliance with strict procedures and safety standards—skills I bring directly to virtual customer support work.
