I've built workflow automation and operational tools that non-technical teams use every day. At Good Food Holdings / Lazy Acres Natural Market, I shipped a predictive par system that reduced spoilage by 29.4% by retail value, increased sales 9.7% year over year, and recovered about $17.5K in annual waste.
I designed the system around live sales data, Power BI, and a formula-only Excel handoff that any of 30 locations can run in under 30 minutes.
