At BioGaia, I own commercial performance across Amazon operations in five EU markets plus the US, Japan and Australia, maintaining an IPI score of approximately 896/1000 year over year. I built the global marketplace infrastructure from scratch, including SOPs, forecasting models, compliance frameworks, escalation processes and KPI reporting.
I've also led strategic partnerships at HubSpot, global account programmes at Verve Group, HubSpot implementation projects at iGoMoon, and Dropbox Business growth across EMEA at MarketStar. I enjoy making digital channels work across markets through availability, forecasting, operational clarity and buying experiences customers return to.
