What I'm looking for

I'm looking to leverage my experience in cryptocurrency, fraud investigation, dispute resolution, customer support, and data analysis in a role aligned with my qualifications.

I've supported Paxful through Advanced Support Services Inc., investigating suspicious trades, reviewing wallet transfers and bank-to-bank transactions, and resolving cryptocurrency fraud and dispute claims.

I review evidence, process credits and reversals, identify emerging scam patterns, and escalate user feedback to improve customer experience. I use Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, Google Sheets, Securebank, Paxofficer, Confluence, Discord, Telegram, and Paxful.
