At Avia Avian, I support leadership as an Organizational Development specialist and HR Business Partner, designing organizational structures, aligning people strategy with business goals, and facilitating change initiatives.

I manage end-to-end HR administration for 100+ employees, including contracts, payroll data preparation, HRIS, employee records, onboarding, offboarding, BPJS enrollment, compliance, and employee relations. Previously at Ailesh, I built HR systems, SOPs, policies, and legal compliance documents for a startup while leading culture-building and employee engagement programs.

I've also managed full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles at Ailesh, Bimasakti, and Vascomm. I'm impact oriented by empowering others, with strengths in talent management, people analytics, project management, and AI-driven productivity.
