In my Customer Success work at iEnergizer (Executive Customer Service), I resolve customer concerns with a customer-first approach—handling account-related issues like opening accounts, fund transfers, transaction declines, and product/process information. I also manage procurement processing and support key payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan accounting, while maintaining accurate account balances.

Beyond support, I strengthen outcomes through compliance and structured problem solving. I work to maintain industry standards and regulations while supporting high CSAT, using tools like MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint to track and communicate information clearly.

Before this, I developed strong operational discipline as a Site Engineer—facilitating RMC operations, quality control, labor management, and site supervision under IS standards. I’ve also led teams and responsibilities, including mentoring trainee engineers and overseeing project operations, and I bring that same ownership mindset to customer and process work.
