I’m looking for a Customer Success role where I can own revenue retention, partner with enterprise stakeholders, and lead data-driven onboarding, escalations, and expansion across active client portfolios.

I’m a Customer Success professional with 2 years of experience owning $300K+ client portfolios across enterprise and institutional accounts. I focus on retention, reduced escalations, and identifying expansion revenue within active accounts.

I’ve served as the single point of contact for Developers, EPCs, OEMs, General Contractors, and Contractors, building executive stakeholder relationships across C-suite, procurement, and operations. I run structured needs analysis sessions early to align scope, commercial expectations, and delivery timelines before kick-off.

I also lead commercial outcomes through upselling and cross-selling at the right stage of each project cycle, supported by pipeline visibility and KPI-driven reporting. I maintain SLA adherence, manage escalation pathways, and deliver weekly and monthly account performance reports with actionable recommendations.

To improve delivery speed and client experience, I built and led a dedicated client pod for major accounts that delivered a 40% improvement in turnaround speed. I’ve built executive KPI dashboards, ensured CRM hygiene across QuickBase, Bitrix24, and Procore, and translated complex client needs into structured delivery plans with clear accountability.
