Before that, I led and developed a Bill-to-Cash team at WTW (Willis Towers Watson) for a decade, coaching team members, building SOPs with Visio, and streamlining workflows to reduce turnaround time from a 3-business-day baseline to a maximum of 2 business days.

I also improved query resolution discipline, moved task allocation from manual Excel to Service Hub for real-time tracking, and ensured Global, Regional, and regulatory dashboards stayed compliant with SOX—while partnering cross-functionally on reporting and process enhancements.
