I’m looking to return in an operations or service-delivery leadership role where I can drive governance, compliance, reporting rigor, and technology-enabled process improvement—working closely with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and strong customer outcomes.

I’m an operations and service delivery professional with 14+ years of experience across financial operations, customer service management, banking, and telecom-financial services. I bring process improvement, risk management, controls, governance, compliance, and stakeholder management to every engagement, with a strong focus on operational excellence.

In my most recent role as Business Operations Manager at Pinnacle Teleservices Pvt. Ltd. (Apr 2009 – Apr 2020), I directed a Pan-India operations team of 15 to ensure SLA adherence, data accuracy, control compliance, and service quality. I oversaw financial and payment operations, including transaction verification, reconciliation, and documentation within internal and regulatory standards, supported by daily MIS and reporting for performance insights, exception tracking, and risk control visibility.

I’m also audit-ready by design—I conduct internal audits and process reviews to strengthen operational integrity, governance adherence, and audit readiness. I built training programs and continuous-improvement initiatives to improve turnaround time, accuracy, documentation discipline, and issue resolution, earning Best Performer awards for FY 2015-16 and FY 2016-17, plus representation of the company at MWC Barcelona in 2018.
