At Transformational Management Consulting, I coach senior leaders, project managers, and change practitioners as they build change leadership capabilities and navigate organizational transitions. I also advise organizations on change management and digital transformation.

At Intact, I advised C-level executives and stakeholders on claims-focused initiatives, developed change management deliverables, and supported the Alberta Reform project. I also developed and delivered Beetle system training using a Train-the-Trainer approach.

At British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), I supported the Retail Transformation program, which upgraded lottery equipment and 18 applications across British Columbia. I used CCMP processes and the Prosci ADKAR model to support change plans, readiness assessments, and training for the rollout.
