I’m a CRM Implementation Consultant and Business Analyst with 3.5+ years of experience in CRM implementation, business analysis, system integrations, and process automation. I focus on turning stakeholder needs into working CRM solutions that teams can adopt confidently.

In my roles, I lead end-to-end CRM and integration implementations, including requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and clear documentation such as BRD/FSD/FRD. I’m hands-on with UAT test cases and integration testing to ensure releases are dependable.

I work deeply with Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, LeadSquared CRM, and CRM configuration—using REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and source-to-target data mapping to synchronize information accurately across systems. I collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA, and external stakeholders to deliver API-based and workflow-driven integrations.

Across logistics, healthcare, manufacturing, ESG, and edtech, I’ve supported onboarding and maintained implementation trackers, workflow diagrams, and requirement notes. I also earned the “Dashing Debut Award – LeadSquared,” which reflects my commitment to quality and effective customer delivery.
