What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, deadline-driven role where I can support recruitment or HR operations, maintain accurate records, coordinate hiring processes, and continue learning new tools and workflows.

At Ibex, I supported talent acquisition by screening candidate applications against role requirements and coordinating interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.

I maintained accurate recruitment records and candidate databases, organized hiring files, spreadsheets, and reports, and helped keep recruitment pipelines on track. I also supported onboarding activities and researched sourcing channels and hiring trends for recruitment planning.

I'm comfortable working independently in remote, deadline-driven environments and quickly adapting to new tools and workflows.

Alongside my hands-on recruitment experience, I'm completing a Bachelor's in Embedded Systems at The University of Lahore.
