At GaoTek Inc, I conduct end-to-end recruitment for a remote U.S.-based IT and Engineering company, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
I've recruited and onboarded 22 interns across Pakistan, India, Nigeria, the UAE, and the Philippines, and built a pipeline of 116+ candidate profiles in five weeks through sourcing, headhunting, and outreach. I was promoted from Assistant Squad Leader to Squad Leader based on my recruitment performance and leadership contributions.
I also support intern training, employer branding, and online reputation management. My HR background includes interview scheduling, employee records, onboarding, reporting, and administrative coordination at Falconhouse School.
