I'm seeking a full-time role in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or People & Culture where I can support recruitment, employee experience, accurate HR processes, and employer branding with a detail-oriented, people-first approach.

I'm supporting recruitment and HR operations at Discretelogix, where I screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication across open roles.

I maintain recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding trackers, employee records, attendance, and leave data. I also plan monthly engagement activities and manage LinkedIn and Instagram content calendars to strengthen employer branding.
