I'm looking for an HR assistant or recruitment opportunity where I can support screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and grow my understanding of hiring processes.

I've conducted mock interviews and candidate screening through a university Campus Recruitment & Interview project, communicating with 10+ students and scheduling interview slots.

I'm pursuing a BS in Psychology at Virtual University and bring strong communication, data entry, coordination, punctuality, and a responsible approach to HR assistant work. I'm interested in human resources, recruitment, and communication.
