What I'm looking for

I seek a mid-level operations or program role where I can lead teams, improve processes, and create welcoming customer- and community-focused experiences.

I am an operations-focused manager with a background in hospitality, sustainability programs, and community-oriented service. I combine hands-on frontline experience with supervisory responsibility across wellness, foodservice, and environmental organizations.

At Hot 8 Yoga I led daily studio operations, coached front-desk teams, and managed hiring and scheduling to support a luxury customer experience. In healthcare settings I improved front-office efficiency, handled patient concerns, and ensured accurate insurance documentation.

Earlier roles in specialty coffee and nonprofit sustainability work expanded my skills in inventory and event management, program coordination, fundraising support, and business outreach — including managing a 40+ local business eco-certification network. I have also taught experiential outdoor instruction and performed technical winery operations.

I approach work with a focus on creating welcoming, well-run spaces, developing staff through coaching and training, and driving process improvements that enhance customer and community outcomes.
