What I'm looking for

I am looking for an operational role where I can manage logistics, improve processes, support teams, and engage communities in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

I am an experienced administrative and operations professional with nearly 10 years supporting customer service, logistics, wellness services, and small-business operations. I have led scheduling, hiring, training, inventory control, and membership management in both start-up and franchise environments.

In recent roles I managed daily operations for a franchise start-up location, coordinated community events and promotional campaigns, and oversaw order fulfillment and shipping processes for manufacturing and fulfillment. I implemented inventory tracking, optimized shipping workflows using ShipStation, and maintained quality and safety standards to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
