I'm looking for an operations or customer-focused role where I can improve processes, support teams, resolve customer concerns, and apply my experience with scheduling, inventory, documentation, and business systems.

I've led high-volume café and retail operations, improving customer experiences, team performance, and day-to-day consistency.
