I seek a customer-facing role in a collaborative, growth-oriented company where I can lead teams, improve processes, and support multinational clients in financial services.

I am a customer support and account-management professional with hands-on experience supporting multinational clients in Forex and CFD markets.

I currently serve as Customer Support Manager at Peerpe, leading onboarding and support teams, tracking KPIs, and managing complex escalations to maintain service excellence.

Previously I held customer care and account relationship roles at FXDD, Finq.com and Thomas Cook Mauritius where I developed client portfolios, applied B2B sales strategies to penetrate new markets, and handled KYC, deposits and withdrawals.
