What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support customers in English, solve technical problems quickly, and contribute to projects tied to migration, gender, and human rights—using clear communication, documentation, and collaboration.

I’m self-taught, very responsible and creative, and I’m motivated by how technology and avant-garde ideas shape the world. With a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, I bring a structured, communication-driven approach to complex topics and fast-moving environments.

Across international internships and consulting, I’ve contributed to writing and reviewing documents, training on migration issues, and activity tracking. I’ve also supported international networking through “Management of international agreements,” while handling social media management, scholarship/course selection abroad, and translating documentation.

In customer-facing tech work, I’ve led “Diagnosing problems” end-to-end: providing orientation and solutions, resolving technical issues, and documenting and registering incidents. I also “detect sales opportunities” and “foster customer loyalty,” while coordinating technical planning and preparing high-quality reports focused on “gender and human rights outcomes.”
