What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can deliver responsive technical support, manage networks and systems, and contribute to training and preventive maintenance—preferably in environments that value international communication and security-minded processes.

I’m an IT technician with experience in technical support, systems maintenance, and user service, combining hands-on troubleshooting with service-oriented communication. In my recent role, I provide 24/7 support to users at the National Youth Institute (INJUVE), configure accounts and network equipment, log incidents and resolutions, and support preventive maintenance through backups and restoration.

I also bring protocol and international-facing capabilities from my assignment as an Attaché / Protocol Escort during the 2025 CELAC Presidential Summit, where I escorted English-speaking delegations and performed consecutive interpretation and translation (Spanish-English / English-Spanish).
