I owned end-to-end sprint lifecycle for 12+ sprints, instituted monthly steering committee cadences to eliminate mid-sprint change churn, and delivered data integrity validation across 100% of records before go-live.
I also served EMEA-region clients through a major SAP S/4HANA migration, configuring and stabilizing Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS modules for enterprise organizations. I partnered on SuccessFactors Employee Central integration, built and executed end-to-end HR process test suites, and resolved 95%+ of change requests within SLA to protect go-live timelines.
