At Broadband Home Ltd (Zipnet), I support systems, datacenter infrastructure, and service delivery for an ISP. I administer Windows and Linux environments and maintain services including DNS, DHCP, Mail, Active Directory, and web hosting.
I led datacenter deployments involving server racks, structured cabling, and network device integration, and administered VMware ESXi and vCenter environments. I also deployed monitoring solutions and supported Wi-Fi infrastructure using Ruckus controllers and access points.
Earlier, at Abex Group Ltd, I managed client network support and led field deployment teams. Across my support roles, I’ve worked on internet connectivity, troubleshooting, and customer support.
