I’m a Systems and Network Engineer with over seven years of experience supporting and administering enterprise Windows environments. I specialize in Windows Server infrastructure, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms like VMware, ensuring high availability, performance, and IT security compliance.

In my current role as a System Administration Officer at Koa Impact Commerce Limited (Assin Fosu), I maintain Windows Server and Active Directory for secure operations, support configuration and troubleshooting of Ubiquiti and MikroTik devices, and manage VMware systems to improve performance. I also enforce security through firewall, antivirus, and access control, while supporting Azure, Google Workspace, and Office 365 with on-premises integration, including Azure AD Connect and SSO for hybrid authentication.

Previously at Kaman Supply Chain Limited, I installed and configured hardware and software, troubleshot malfunctions, and implemented network installations and organizational security protocols.
