I'm looking to apply my operations background and hands-on AI automation skills to improve workflows, reduce manual work, solve operational problems, and create practical systems that support customers and teams.

I've led operations at Dirty Deedz Automotive and built practical AI automation workflows that streamline service intake, invoice processing, customer feedback, and operational decision-making. My automotive service request automation reduced manual administrative effort by approximately 40 labor hours per week, while an invoice workflow reduced manual processing by nearly 60%.

Across more than 20 years in operations, I’ve coordinated teams, schedules, vendors, equipment, customer communication, and resources in automotive, fleet maintenance, and mobile bottling environments.
