What I'm looking for

I’m seeking roles where I can build and maintain internal digital tools, improve client workflows, and support teams in a collaborative, impact-driven organisation.

I’m a proactive, well-organised professional with a First-Class Honours degree and over 15 years’ experience across retail management, client support, and internal system development. I combine people-focused leadership with hands-on problem solving to adapt quickly and take ownership of tasks.

Recently I’ve built desktop and web tools for charities, managed internal workflows, coordinated events, and supported service delivery through clear communication and attention to detail. Key projects include a retail simulation nominated for the 2024 TIGA Awards and internal apps that improved GDPR compliance and casework tracking.

I thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a practical, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge, with strengths in stakeholder communication, workflow automation, and delivering user-focused digital solutions.
