What I'm looking for

I'm looking for product roles where I can combine customer discovery, analytics, and cross-functional delivery to build 0→1 and enterprise products. I value ownership of roadmap decisions, direct customer exposure, and opportunities to apply AI and data science.

I've built customer-led product strategies across enterprise POS, CPaaS, and 0→1 marketplace design. At Satel Systems, I helped take a mobile POS product from concept to launch, opening a new revenue stream that drove 25% quarterly revenue growth.

At Acefone, I own enterprise discovery and product input through deal-loss analysis, voice-of-customer feedback, competitive benchmarking, and RICE prioritization. My work interviewing 20+ enterprise customers and structuring recurring feedback contributed to 15% month-over-month revenue growth and a 30%+ retention improvement.

I've also led discovery, PRDs, onboarding improvements, and marketplace distribution initiatives at Choco Global. In independent work, I designed KaamSetu, a verification-first marketplace MVP for India's informal hiring market.

I'm currently completing a BS in Applied AI & Data Science at IIT Jodhpur, bringing SQL, Python, analytics, machine learning, and LLM thinking into product decisions.
