What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a stable role where I can drive and deliver with accuracy, support customers with fast communication, and handle compliant documentation (HIPAA/confidential) while contributing to sales or dispatch coordination.

I’m a Driver/Medical Courier with hands-on experience picking up specimens from hospitals, clinics, and doctor offices, then delivering them to the station. I’m known for dependable driving, time-based delivery targets, and attention to detail—especially when handling confidential information.

Alongside courier work, I’ve built a strong customer-service and sales foundation. At Nsure Insurance Agency, my daily activities was focus on sales and customer service—helping clients with payments, personal accounts, home insurance, and quotes.

I also work in roles that require coordination and responsiveness, including Dispatcher/Customer Service where I create or dispatch tickets and find the right providers (Flat Bed tow, Light Duty tow, Two ways tow, Tire change, and Gas delivery).
