At Own Ventures, I lead development of Detector de Fraudes, an AI-based fraud detection and filtering platform now used by clients. I also manage wanfri, a marketing and customer loyalty platform for SMBs that is working toward launch.
At FICO, I led implementation projects for fraud, origination, collections, and decision engine solutions for banks including Santander Chile, Itaú Chile, Bancolombia, and Scotiabank Mexico. I delivered 20+ projects, with 80% on time and on budget, and received the FICO Award as Project Manager in Latin America.
Earlier, at UST, I led more than 30 projects for the Chilean banking industry, covering integrations, migrations, bank mergers, credit cards, and loyalty programs. I also performed PMO and governance functions and managed project teams and budgets.
Across my work in banking and financial services, I’ve managed projects involving fraud prevention, payments, collections, and loan origination. I use Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methods, and have a Computer Science Engineering degree.
