What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead analytical and product delivery where I can combine experimentation, live-ops execution, and engineering leadership. I want teams that value data-driven decisions, clear methodologies, and continuous learning to scale measurable outcomes.

I’m a Project Manager and Tech Team Lead focused on analytical projects and software development, with an achievement-driven mindset, strong analytical capacity, and fast self-learning. I bring high adaptability and experience working across different methodologies to turn data into measurable product impact.

Most recently, I’ve led Live Operations at Playstudios for the “Tetris Mobile App,” handling content planning and cadence, store offer planning, and analytical reporting with A/B testing design. I also drive feature proposals and economy tuning, and coordinate marketing for campaigns—always anchored in experimentation and performance insights.

Before that, I managed Live Operations and analytics across gaming projects at Globant, and led internal/external analytical solutions as a Project Manager at KPMG, including development of the KPMG Datax tax system and client portals like “conciliacionautos.cl” and “www.devolucionseguros.cl.” Earlier in my career, I built data/AI capabilities as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (ETL pipelines with Hadoop + Spark, a first internal financial chatbot, Gmail extensions, and visualization tools) and led teams in game analytics and design at DeNA—automating BI reporting with Google BigQuery and expanding Live Operations to the Chile office.
