I’m looking for a Quality Assurance role where I can own audit workflows, run calibrations, and use Jira/Zendesk-style reporting to enforce safety and editorial standards across distributed teams. I value clear SOPs, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Quality Analyst with 10 years of experience in content moderation, editorial review for British and Australian English standards, and BPO operations. I focus on audit workflows and ensuring high-stakes content meets global safety standards.

In my current role, I lead the quality audit process for a global dating app, break down audit data into weekly insights for business reviews, and track quality trends using Jira and Google Sheets.
