What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead program implementation and workforce development initiatives, deliver impactful virtual and in-person training, own participant tracking and reporting, and provide executive-level operational support that helps communities thrive.

I’m a program and workforce development professional with 8+ years of experience leading career services, adult training, community outreach, mentoring, and executive-level operational support. I manage workforce development and adult career readiness programs, facilitating in-person and virtual workshops that strengthen employability, soft skills, career advancement, and workforce readiness.

I maintain participant records, scheduling, reporting, and workforce outcome tracking while overseeing operations like Summer Internship Program onboarding, employer coordination, and intern hour tracking. I also build lasting community and employer relationships to improve placement and training access, and I currently lead Seeds 4 Harvest, Inc. as Founder & Executive Director—guiding youth mentorship, leadership development, and nonprofit program and operational planning.
