I’m the person you bring in when there’s a big idea, a lot of moving pieces, and someone needs to figure out how to actually make it happen.
For the past eight years, I’ve built programs, led projects, trained teams, managed partnerships, improved operations, and turned “we should do this” into a plan with clear next steps. I’ve worked inside organizations and built my own business, so I’m comfortable thinking strategically while still being the person willing to roll up my sleeves and get the work across the finish line.
What I bring to a team is momentum. I ask good questions, communicate well with different personalities and levels of leadership, spot where things are falling through the cracks, and create structure without making everything unnecessarily complicated.
I’m at my best in roles where I can lead, build, solve problems, develop people, and leave something working better than I found it.
