I'm looking to lead performance and growth marketing for an e-commerce, D2C, marketplace, or consumer app business, owning acquisition, retention, conversion, budgets, and cross-functional growth strategy.

I've led performance marketing for Wish.com and Hualla.com, managing paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels while owning budget pacing, optimization, and leadership reporting.

For Hualla.com, I improved ROAS by 270%, reduced CAC by 75%, and lifted conversion rate by 248% through audience segmentation, creative testing, bid strategy optimization, and full-funnel collaboration. I also manage Shopify storefront merchandising and conversion optimization for global markets, particularly the U.S.
