I’m an IT Support Engineer with 10+ years of experience delivering L1/L2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in enterprise environments. I manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, troubleshoot Windows OS and applications, and support Office 365 services including email setup and resolution.
In large environments supporting 3500+ users across 840+ outlets, I’ve kept operations stable through reliable troubleshooting of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP problems, disaster recovery (mail server crash recovery with server/user mail alignment), and consistent SLA-focused ticket handling. I also maintain DHCP, NVR/IP camera and access control/attendance systems, and provide both on-site and remote support.
