I'm currently a System & Network Administrator at ReliSource Technologies Ltd. WCG, managing infrastructure, services, applications, security, networks, VMware vSphere, vCenter, and Windows Servers.
I configure and deploy ESXi, Hyper-V, VMware vSphere, vCenter, Active Directory Federation Services, Office 365, Exchange, Citrix VDI, SCCM patching, and Veeam backups. I also monitor and troubleshoot LAN and WAN environments and resolve client technical issues.
Previously, I supported Enterprise Asia Pacific customers at Microsoft as a Technical Support Engineer, managing Exchange Online cases and collaborating on bug fixes and patches. Earlier, I worked as an Assistant Engineer at Power Sonic Group, delivering power systems and providing after-sales support.
