I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my customer service skills while providing opportunities for growth and learning in a dynamic environment.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic student currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Business Computing at Botswana Accountancy College. My background has equipped me with strong customer service skills, teamwork abilities, and a problem-solving mindset, which I am eager to apply in a fast-paced hospitality environment. I am passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and thrive on learning through hands-on service roles.

During my time at Debswana Corporate Center, I provided technical support and device setup at the service desk, where I developed strong interpersonal skills by efficiently resolving user concerns. Additionally, my experience as a Brand Promoter for BK Proctor Collections allowed me to engage with customers effectively, enhancing my public interaction and sales skills. I am comfortable communicating with diverse clients and colleagues, and I excel in both professional and casual settings.
