I’m seeking to continue developing within administration or financial services operations, where my strong organisational and customer service skills improve efficient workflows, accurate case handling, and exceptional client communication.

I’m a detail-orientated Pensions Administrator with experience managing pension cases, processing retirement benefits, and carrying out compliance and quality checks within a remote working environment. I take pride in handling confidential client information with GDPR awareness and maintaining high levels of data accuracy.

At Capita PLC Group as a Case Handler – Pensions Administrator (Remote) from November 2023 to November 2025, I processed pensions administration tasks including retirement planning, benefit calculations, and pension contributions. I managed pension cases to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and compliance with internal procedures and data protection regulations.
