In my current Senior Solutions Analyst role at Quantanite, I designed and delivered AI-powered solutions for complex BPO business and service delivery challenges, owning implementation of an enterprise AI tool across multiple campaigns. I’ve helped drive 100% implementation across all campaigns and achieved an >80% adoption rate for users.

Previously, I led end-to-end project delivery, including stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, feasibility studies, solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and live BI reporting for senior leadership. I also built scalable modular AI applications (reducing development time by 60%), improved cost to serve by 65%, and strengthened compliance through GDPR and POPIA-focused service assurance and risk mitigation.
