I’m looking to own customer onboarding and delivery outcomes end-to-end—turning requirements into measurable plans, tracking SLAs/account health, and using clear dashboards and AI-enabled workflows to resolve issues faster in remote-ready environments.

I’m a client-facing delivery professional with 6+ years guiding enterprise customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success across complex, multi-system environments. I turn client needs into clear requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, track SLAs and account health, and communicate progress to stakeholders with strong written clarity.

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) – TwinX Division, I acted as the primary point of contact between MTN business stakeholders and delivery teams—onboarding stakeholders to new tools, running workshops, writing user guides/process documentation, and supporting go-live. I built executive dashboards and reporting for 360° visibility, delivered proactive multi-channel alerts, and owned roadmaps/backlogs (including an internal AI/LLM support assistant) to reduce resolution time and customer-impacting issues while improving fulfilment through journey mapping, UAT, and root-cause analysis.
