At Absa Group, I lead solution design and technology delivery across Absa Life and Everyday Banking. My work includes integration architecture, process design, implementation planning and solution governance.
As a Solutions Analyst at Absa Group, I contributed to a secure, API-enabled chat wallet and the Absa Wellness digital platform, coordinating requirements across teams. I also designed customer journeys, system interactions and API integrations for digital banking, insurance and customer experience initiatives.
I began my career developing Java applications and RESTful services at African Bank, after supporting application development and testing at Neotel. I bring that hands-on foundation to enterprise architecture and analysis, with experience across banking, insurance and telecommunications; my research master's focus is AI and cybersecurity governance.
