I'm looking to build scalable talent acquisition programs, strengthen hiring-manager partnerships, and improve candidate experiences for growing healthcare or technology teams.

I'm currently building nursing talent pipelines at Interior Health, managing full-cycle recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles in the East Kootenay Region. I partner with nursing leaders to align staffing needs, hiring timelines, and candidate experience while refining workflows and recruitment software.

Previously, I recruited across Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Support at Practice Better, Fullscript, and Shopify. At Shopify, I achieved a 92% hiring rate and 89% retention rate with final-stage candidates, improved interview processes, and contributed to 32% growth in the internship program.
