I'm currently monitoring live SMS traffic at Nobel Ltd, resolving connectivity issues, managing SMPP connections, routes, rules, prefixes, and partner account profiles.

Previously at Protech and Info-Telecom, I supported VoIP and A2P SMS operations across Asterisk, Vicidial, B-PAL, Horisen, Linux servers, and ticketing systems. I investigate protocol packets with Wireshark, raise partner tickets, and follow issues through resolution.

I also developed iOS applications at ATIS Albania using Swift and Xcode, including API integration, bug fixes, App Store deployment, and code maintenance.
