I am a dedicated Junior System Administrator currently managing and maintaining virtual infrastructure at RASH – Albanian Academic Network. My role involves ensuring optimal performance through VMware vSphere and implementing secure communications with regular SSL certificate checks. I also utilize Rancher for deploying containerized applications, which streamlines workflows and enhances operational efficiency.

Previously, I worked as an NMC Engineer at Tring, where I honed my skills in network troubleshooting and client service provisioning. My internship at the same company further solidified my understanding of network management tools and incident resolution. I am committed to continuous learning, currently pursuing certifications in CompTIA Security+ and DevOps to enhance my technical capabilities.
