I’m an IP network engineer at the largest ISP in Albania, with a background in Computer Science and Information Technology. I focus on routing protocols and security to deliver stable, high-performance connectivity.

I’m proficient across OSPF, BGP, L3VPN (MP-BGP/VRF), and L2VPN (VPLS/EoMPLS), and I build route policies and filtering strategies to optimize traffic engineering and load balancing. I design Layer 3 VPN services that enable seamless hybrid connectivity for enterprise cloud integration.

Before my current role, I worked as an IT Support Specialist where I managed secure network access and system permissions under strict HIPAA and data protection standards. I coordinated vendors, handled SAN/NAS administration, and kept systems reliable through patching and updates.

Now, I automate network provisioning and maintenance for DIA, DATA, and IXP services using Python, moving toward Terraform and Ansible-driven Infrastructure as Code. I also monitor network health, implement advanced QoS, and perform firewall administration across the IP/MPLS network to support secure, automated deployment pipelines.
