What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role in telecommunications or network engineering where I can apply Python and network troubleshooting skills, contribute to reliable infrastructure, and grow fast with supportive engineering teams in a learning-driven environment.

I’m a recent Telecommunications Engineering graduate with hands-on experience supporting telecom network monitoring, maintenance, and performance analysis at ONE Albania. I contributed to configuration and testing of network equipment and communication systems, and I helped prepare technical documentation and network performance reports.

I also bring analytical drive from my work as a Venture Scout at LVLUP Ventures, where I supported sourcing and screening investments and analyzed startup business models, market potential, and pitch materials. My engineering work includes an antenna-focused thesis using CST Studio Suite and Ansys HFSS, where I used Python for data processing, parameter optimization, and visualization—always aiming to turn technical detail into practical outcomes.
